eConsult

eConsults are available for people who would like an opinion on their medical situation but are not able to commit to a complete new patient consultation.

eConsults can provide:

  • Reassurance that you seem to be on the right track
  • Questions to ask your own physician
  • Access to the latest material about a particular medical concern

Please understand that without a complete consultation and examination, the physicians at GRS cannot make a diagnosis, order specific tests, recommend treatments or act as your physician. The information you will receive is not intended as a substitute for the medical advice of your own physician. You should regularly consult a physician in matters relating to your health and particularly with respect to any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.

To arrange a medical record review, please call our office at (404) 843-2229 and ask the new patient coordinator to fax or mail a new patient evaluation form and payment information form. You can also download the forms here:

Medical Records Release
Financial Information
Patient History Form

You will then return the completed forms along with ALL of your medical records, films, videotapes etc. to the physician who will conduct the review. The value of this record review consult and interview will be limited if all available information is not provided.

If you wish to arrange a telephone consult with one of our physicians, please provide several times when you will be available and a phone number where you can receive a collect call.

  • Review and email response only - moderate size record - $154
  • Review and email response only - extensive record - $195
  • Review and telephone consult for new patient - $236
